Veteran Memorial Hospice is proud to launch our new Veteran Outreach Program, designed to connect veterans with essential services and support. Our dedicated outreach team will be visiting various community centers, veteran organizations, and public events to provide information and assistance directly to veterans.
The program aims to reach veterans who may not be aware of the services available to them, including healthcare, financial support, and counseling. By engaging with veterans in their communities, we hope to ensure that no veteran is left without the care and support they deserve. We are excited about this initiative and are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our veterans.
